What mobile check-in is today
A link before arrival, ID scan and identity verification, card on file, written straight into the PMS. No app to download.
What it takes off the front desk
No arrival queue, registration data already in the PMS, housekeeping knows who is arriving when, staff time goes to welcoming people.
The upsell window before arrival
Room upgrades, early check-in, late checkout, dinner and spa, offered while the guest is planning. Link to Flows on the products page.
One resort's result
Two or three sentences on Privada Stays in Aruba, where 97% of guests checked in before arrival, as Hotel Online reported.
Before you start
Check PMS and payment provider against our integrations, and pair check-in with a mobile key so the guest can go straight to the room. Once the mobile-key post is live, link it here instead.
