Innspire Digital Inc ("Innspire", "we", "us") operates innspire.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Our privacy commitments
- Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we identify the purposes for which it is being collected.
- We collect and use personal information solely for the purposes we specify, and for other compatible purposes, unless we obtain the individual's consent or are required by law.
- We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill those purposes.
- We collect personal information by lawful and fair means and, where appropriate, with the knowledge or consent of the individual concerned.
- Personal data should be relevant, accurate, complete, and up to date.
- We protect personal information with reasonable security safeguards against loss, theft, and unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use, or modification.
- We make information about our policies and practices for managing personal information readily available.
We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles to ensure the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you book a demo or contact us, you provide your name, work email, company, and anything you write in the message. The demo scheduler is provided by HubSpot and the contact form by Pipedrive. Submitting either sends your information to that provider as well as to us, and it is handled under their terms in addition to this policy.
Information collected automatically
Pages viewed, the page that referred you, approximate location derived from your IP address, and browser and device type.
Categories under US state privacy law
Several US states describe personal information in fixed categories. Using those categories, this is what we have collected over the past 12 months:
- Identifiers. Your name, work email and company when you submit a form, your IP address, and the cookie identifiers listed in the table below.
- Internet or other electronic network activity. Pages viewed, the page that referred you, and browser and device type.
- Geolocation data. Approximate location derived from your IP address, at city level or coarser. We do not collect precise geolocation.
- Professional or employment-related information. The company you work for, and the job functions LinkedIn reports to us in aggregate.
- Inferences. The company Pipedrive associates with your IP address.
We collect these directly from you when you submit a form, and automatically from your browser when you use the site. We do not collect government identification numbers, precise geolocation, biometric data, or anything else these laws define as sensitive personal information, so we do not offer a separate control for limiting its use.
Cookies and similar technologies
Strictly necessary
Always on, and neither is used to track you. There are two, both ours and both lasting 12 months: one remembers the cookie choice you made, the other records whether you are in a region where we must ask permission before setting anything optional. Nothing else is set simply by visiting the site. The table below lists these two, everything the optional categories add, and the cookies our contact form brings with it, some when you open it and one only when you press Submit.
Analytics
Google Analytics, so we can understand how the site is used and improve it.
Marketing
- Pipedrive Web Visitors identifies the company a visitor is browsing from, so we can follow up with businesses showing interest.
- The LinkedIn Insight Tag lets LinkedIn recognize visitors to this site, so we can show our LinkedIn advertising to relevant audiences and see aggregate reporting on the kinds of companies and job functions that visit. LinkedIn sets its own cookies and processes this data under its own privacy and cookie policies. You can opt out of LinkedIn advertising in your LinkedIn account settings.
Not cookie-based
We also use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without any identifier that can be traced back to you. Because it cannot identify you, it runs for all visitors and is not part of the choices below.

Only if you use our contact form
Set by Cloudflare and Google on behalf of Pipedrive, who host the form. Nothing here is set by simply visiting the site, and there is no toggle for them: they arrive with a form you chose to open, and the last of them only once you press Submit.

Durations are what we measured in Chrome on 15 September 2026. Your browser may shorten them, and Chrome caps any cookie set by a script at about 13 months, so treat each figure as the longest you should expect rather than a guarantee. Vercel Web Analytics is not listed because it sets no cookies at all.
Your choices
If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, or if we cannot determine where you are, nothing in the Analytics or Marketing categories runs until you accept it. We show a banner on your first visit and set nothing beyond the strictly necessary cookies until you choose.
Everywhere else, Analytics and Marketing are on by default, and you can turn either off at any time using the Your Privacy Choices link in the footer of every page.
Global Privacy Control is honored wherever you are. If your browser sends that signal, we treat it as an opt-out request and keep Analytics and Marketing off without you having to do anything. If you have also saved a preference on the Cookie Settings page, the saved preference is the one we act on, and that page will say so.
Your choice is saved on the device and browser you made it on, so you will need to set it again elsewhere. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Sharing
We share personal information with the service providers named above, who process it on our behalf, and where required by law.
One of those disclosures goes further than processing on our behalf. While the Marketing category is on, identifiers and internet activity information reach LinkedIn and are used for cross-context behavioral advertising, which is to say advertising targeted using your activity across different sites. US state privacy laws give you the right to opt out of that. You can do so at any time with the Marketing toggle on the Cookie Settings page, or by sending a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser, which we honor automatically.
How long we keep information
Cookies expire on the schedule in the table above. The longest is 13 months, and the record of your own cookie choice is kept for 12 months so that we do not have to keep asking.
What you send us through a form is stored in Pipedrive, our CRM, for as long as we are in contact with you about your enquiry and for as long as we need it for the purpose you gave it for.
Google Analytics keeps event-level data for 2 months and user-level data for 14 months, which are the retention periods set on our property.
Changes to this policy
Innspire Digital Inc may update this policy from time to time.
