HTNG's TechOvation Award is the hospitality industry's most competitive technology recognition. Twenty companies enter. Votes and a jury of experts narrow the field to ten. Those ten present live at The Hospitality Show. Three are recognised.
Innspire has reached the final stage five times in ten years. In 2024, it was Innspire ONE that earned the nomination.
What Innspire ONE does
Innspire ONE is the platform that sits across every touchpoint in a hotel's guest journey. It handles guest messaging in any language, routes service requests to the right team automatically, analyses reviews across platforms, and creates personalised responses without staff having to do it manually. Every integration, from mobile check-in and mobile key to in-room dining, casting, and connected TV, feeds into a single system. The result is a hotel that responds faster, wastes less staff time, and catches revenue it would otherwise miss.
How it was presented
The San Antonio presentation was not a standard product demo. Martin Chevalley, CEO, was interviewed on stage by a realistic AI-powered digital assistant, which asked questions about the platform's capabilities and what they mean for hotel operations. The format reflected exactly what the product is: an AI layer that asks the right questions, gives the right answers, and gets out of the way so the people can do their work.
What keeps bringing Innspire back to this stage
"We are deeply grateful to the esteemed TechOvation jury and the many participants who voted for us," said Chevalley. "Our heartfelt thanks also go out to the respected hotel groups that have joined forces with Innspire, contributing invaluable feedback and operational insights. Their collaboration has been instrumental in ensuring the success of our roll-out and helping our product suite evolve into what we all hope will be the ideal operating system for hotels, connecting guest experience, operations, and world-class delivery."
Five nominations over ten years is not luck. It is a consistent judgement by the industry's most knowledgeable evaluators that Innspire is building something the sector genuinely needs. The 2024 nomination is the latest expression of that.
