What's at Booth 3042: Innspire at HITEC 2026

Innspire will be at HITEC 2026 in San Antonio from 15 to 18 June. Booth 3042 at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center is where you will find the first public showing of Guest Flows, the latest in Innspire TV casting, and the full platform in action.

Guest Flows

Guest Flows is a new capability within Innspire's Guest Journey platform. It coordinates every touchpoint a guest encounters during a stay: communications, service requests, upsell moments, check-in and check-out. No app download required.

"Guest Flows coordinates intelligent interactions from the moment a guest books until they check out," said Anne Frye, President. "It synchronises hotel staff, back-end automation, and guest-facing technology to handle service requests; links with AI Concierge to answer questions or fulfil requests instantly; and targets upselling opportunities for food, beverage, and amenities right to the guest's phone."

Streaming on any screen

The TV side of the booth will show Innspire TV's support for Google Cast embedded, Apple AirPlay 2, and Chromecast. The system runs natively on Samsung and LG hospitality Smart TVs with no external hardware needed. Guests cast Netflix, Spotify, Disney+, and any Cast-enabled app from their own device; the hotel's branding stays on screen throughout. For properties without Smart TVs, InnCable turns any HDMI television into one.

"The launcher carries the hotel's branding, photography, and tone on every screen in the property," said Frye. "Guests get the familiar streaming experience they expect at home. Hotels keep the control and reliability they need."
