Remington Hospitality brings Innspire to Grand Cayman with ONE | GT

Remington Hospitality has selected Innspire as the technology platform for ONE | GT, its luxury boutique property in George Town, Grand Cayman — and the only Small Luxury Hotels of the World member in the Cayman Islands. The deployment brings Innspire’s AI Concierge, AI Task Manager, and branded mobile app together with a four-way integration across Oracle OPERA Cloud, Oracle Simphony POS, Alice, and OpenTable. It marks Innspire’s first luxury installation in the Caribbean, and one of the most connected hospitality technology setups the region has seen.

At the centre of the deployment is Innspire’s AI Concierge, which handles guest communications 24 hours a day across SMS, WhatsApp, and the ONE | GT app. Local recommendations, dining requests, transport, property information — answered immediately, in multiple languages, with a human handoff built in for moments that need it. Behind the front-of-house layer, the AI Task Manager converts guest requests into routed service tasks in real time, tracking completion and giving management a live view of operational performance.

Guests and condo owners navigate the stay through a fully branded ONE | GT mobile app — check-in and checkout, in-app messaging, F&B ordering, dining reservations directly through OpenTable, and personalised recommendations, all from a single experience. Digital key functionality via SALTO will follow, completing a frictionless arrival flow from pre-arrival through to room access.

“ONE | GT represents the future of hospitality, where technology doesn’t replace personal service — it enhances it. From AI-powered guest communications and operational automation to a fully branded mobile experience, we’re helping create a property where every interaction is more personalised and efficient. We are proud to partner with Remington and the ownership team to bring one of the Caribbean’s most innovative guest experiences to life.” — Anne Frye, President of Innspire

Seahn Lobb-Barrera, Senior Director of Global Ops IT Systems and Transitions at Remington Hospitality, said the combined platform ‘creates a truly connected guest journey’ with ‘measurable operational benefits, strengthened communication across departments, and more control for guests over their experience.’ Andrew Barlow, General Manager of ONE | GT, added that the Innspire partnership allows the property ‘to better anticipate guest needs, streamline service, and create a more connected experience from arrival to departure.’

ONE | GT sits in the downtown George Town business district and offers all-suite accommodation — full kitchens, private balconies, and separate living areas — along with a rooftop infinity pool and three dining concepts: Perle (French-Mediterranean), Byū (Asian-fusion rooftop), and Café Bellini. The Remington partnership extends Innspire’s presence in the luxury and upper-upscale segment and reinforces its position as the AI platform of choice for properties where service standards are non-negotiable.
