food & beverage ordering for hotels with Toast PMS integration

Hotels leave F&B revenue on the table every day because the ordering experience is not where the guest is. Innspire's integration with Toast POS closes that gap. Guests order food and drinks directly from their phone, through the same interface they use to check in, message the front desk, or request anything else from the property. No app download. No separate platform.

Each order routes to Toast in real time, appearing on the kitchen display as any other ticket would. The hotel manages one system. The guest sees one experience. The connection runs through Innspire's standard integration…

Remington Hospitality has selected Innspire as the technology platform for ONE | GT, its luxury boutique property in George Town, Grand Cayman — and the only Small Luxury Hotels of the World member in the Cayman Islands. The deployment brings Innspire’s AI Concierge, AI Task Manager, and branded mobile app together with a four-way integration across Oracle OPERA Cloud, Oracle Simphony POS, Alice, and OpenTable. It marks Innspire’s first luxury installation in the Caribbean, and one of the most connected hospitality technology setups the region has seen.

At the centre of the deployment is…

Innspire App-less and no-download check in for hotels on an Apple iPhone

Innspire formally launched Guest Flows at HITEC San Antonio, introducing a zero-download guest journey that runs entirely through a guest's phone. No app. No account creation. The last unreformed channel

Ask any front desk manager how they spend their shift, and somewhere in the answer will be the phone. Housekeeping requests, early check-in questions, wake-up calls, restaurant hours, parking. The calls are predictable and relentless. Most properties have modernised every other part of the guest journey, from messaging to check-in to the room key, and yet the phone still works the same way it did in 2004. Someone picks it up. Someone puts it down. Repeat.

We have sat in enough hotel lobbies to know that this is not a staff motivation problem. It is a design problem…

HTNG's TechOvation Award is the hospitality industry's most competitive technology recognition. Twenty companies enter. Votes and a jury of experts narrow the field to ten. Those ten present live at The Hospitality Show. Three are recognized.

Innspire has reached the final stage five times in ten years. In 2024, it was Innspire ONE that earned the nomination.

What Innspire ONE does

Innspire ONE is the platform that sits across every touchpoint in a hotel's guest journey. It handles guest messaging in any language, routes service requests to the right team automatically, analyzes reviews across…

Most hotel technology integrations work by polling: one system periodically checks another for updates. OHIP, Oracle Hospitality's Integration Platform, does it differently. It pushes notifications to connected systems the moment a business event happens in OPERA Cloud. A reservation is modified. A guest checks in. A room status changes. Every connected platform knows instantly, without waiting for the next scheduled sync.

In 2022, Innspire became one of the first hotel technology vendors to build on OHIP's streaming API. Innspire's Digital Guest Journey platform is now integrated with Oracle…

In 2013, Innspire won the HTNG TechOvation Award for personal device streaming technology — the idea that a hotel guest should be able to cast their own content to the room TV. At the time, that was a novel proposition. Within a few years, it was an expectation.

In 2019, Innspire won it again. The platform was GuestMagic.AI, and it was making a similar kind of bet: that AI-driven personalization, applied across the entire guest journey, would become the standard for what a hotel is expected to know about the people staying in it.

What GuestMagic.AI did

GuestMagic.AI used machine learning and…
